August 26th – We will be attending the NOC Early meet at TRI C West.
We will leave at 2:00pm
4:30pm First race
*** Change ***
The Alumni race has been changed from Monday August 18th to Tuesday August 19th.
We will have practice Monday from 7:30am-10:30pm at Munroe Falls bike trail and 4:00pm-5:00pm at the high school for lifting.

Date: Tuesday August 19th
Time: 4:30pm- 8:00pm
Race Time: 6:00pm (2 mile race)
Cost: $2.00 for Pizza and Drinks
Freshmen & Juniors Bring snack.
Sophomores & Seniors bring Desert.
