Overview
  Track workouts are held once a week. They consist of a long interval workout and a short interval workout. Runners of all ability are welcome. Workouts are free with personal services available at an additional cost.

Dates and Times
 

November through Mid-December(after the switch off daylight savings time)

Workouts are held on Wednesdays from 5:30pm-7:00pm at the Kent State Field House. The current cost for the field house is $3.

Mid-December through Mid January

Workouts are held on Wednesday from 5:30pm -7:00pm at Progressive Fitness & Athletics Office for a hill workout.

Mid-January through April

Workouts are held on Wednesdays from 5:30pm-7:00pm at the Kent State Field House. The current cost for the field house is $3.

April through May(after the switch to daylight savings time)

Workouts are held on Tuesdays from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Stow High School outdoor track.

June through November

 Workouts are held on Wednesdays from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Stow High School outdoor track.

Changes and Updates
  Wednesday January 17th is the first workout at Kent State Field House at 5:30pm.
