Our Services

Gold Medal Program

Periodized structured training system designed around your specific goals. Your personalized training includes an overall training program, weekly training schedule and tests to determine pace, heart rate, form, and efficiency. A notebook is provided for your training schedule and to log your workouts. Program includes weekly group track workouts.

Silver Medal Program

Periodized structured training system designed around your specific goals. Your personalized training includes appropriate training intensity at the proper pace for you personally. You will receive a meso cycle every 4 weeks. A notebook is provided for your training schedule and to log your workouts.

Bronze Medal Program

Program for the athlete who wants to design their own training system but wishes to refine what they are doing to get the most out of their training. Program includes one hour of consultation every four weeks to evaluate your training.

Strength Program

Structured strength program. It includes selection of proper exercises for your event, instruction on proper lifting technique, and testing for proper weights.

Track Program

Times for your intervals at the group track workouts are recorded. A copy is sent to you so you can keep accurate records of your workout as well as being able to know what pace intervals should be run.

16 Week "PR" Program

16 week periodized program designed for you to be at your best on race day. This program for the 5K, 10K, or Marathon is modified to your current paces and mileage. You will receive the 16 week program after being tested for the correct paces and a form evaluation.
